Terms of Service

• Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 48 hours are subject to pay a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
• No-shows may be charged 100% of the service price.
• Arriving late may shorten your treatment time so the next guest isn't delayed. Full price still applies.
• A valid card on file is required to reserve an appointment.

Skincare results vary by person, skin condition, aftercare, and consistency. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific outcome, and none of it is medical advice. You agree to disclose relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and pregnancy or nursing status before treatment. We may decline or modify a treatment when it isn't safe or appropriate for your skin.

• Treatment packages and series expire 12 months from purchase.
• Packages and series are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Because we are a small business and our products are professional-grade skincare, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been opened, used, or purchased by mistake.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dewskindenver.com. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right when appropriate.
• Thank you for supporting our small business. Your understanding helps us continue providing high-quality skincare products and personalized service.
• Prices, product availability, and promotions can change without notice. Occasional pricing or listing errors may require us to cancel and refund an order.
• Online orders are processed and fulfilled through Shopify. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Promotional codes, including quiz completion offers, apply only to qualifying orders, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Dewskin. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

• How you opt in. You can join by checking the opt-in box at checkout on our Shopify store, or by entering your phone number on a signup, quiz, contact, or bridal form on our website.
• What we send. Promotional messages and special offers, abandoned-cart reminders, and appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
• How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. You may also reply HELP for help or contact us at info@dewskindenver.com or 720-760-1578 to be removed.
• Privacy. Your phone number and opt-in consent are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share text messaging originator opt-in data or consent with any third parties.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

In-studio services and bookings are processed through Square; online product orders are processed through Shopify. We do not store full payment card numbers.

All content on this site — text, images, branding, and treatment descriptions — belongs to Dewskin and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Dewskin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site, our products, or our services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
