• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone number, and any message you send through our contact form or chat widget.
• Skin quiz responses — skin type, concerns, sensitivity, current routine, budget range, and pregnancy or nursing status when you choose to share it.
• Bridal planner submissions — wedding date, skin concerns, budget, and contact information.
• Purchase information — orders, billing and shipping details processed through Shopify. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Appointment information — bookings, service history, and payments processed through Square.
• Text message opt-in data — your phone number, a record of your consent, and how you interact with our messages.
• Usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, and an approximate city or region, collected through Google Analytics and cookies.

• Provide treatments, fulfill product orders, and manage appointments.
• Personalize treatment and product recommendations from your quiz answers.
• Respond to questions, consultations, and bridal planning requests.
• Send marketing emails or texts when you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime.

Skin concerns you share in a quiz, consultation, or intake form are used only to recommend appropriate treatments and products and to deliver safe care. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising targeting.

We share information only with vendors that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Shopify — online store and order processing
• Square — booking and in-person payments
• Klaviyo — email and SMS marketing
• Google Analytics — website analytics
• Lovable Cloud / Supabase — secure database hosting

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, shopping cart persistence, and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.

When you opt in to our text program, we collect your phone number, a record of your consent, and information about how you engage with our messages.

How you opt in. You can join by entering your phone number at checkout, on a signup form on our website, on a paper or digital intake form in the studio, or by texting us directly. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

What we send. Promotions and special offers, appointment and skincare reminders, and cart reminder messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also email info@dewskindenver.com to be removed.

Who we share phone numbers with. We share your phone number only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages — Klaviyo, Shopify, and Square. We never sell phone numbers and never share text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third party for their own marketing.

Dewskin's website uses cookies and tracking through Shopify and Klaviyo to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages by email or text message.

We do not use GPS or location-based services, and we do not target messages based on your precise location. Our analytics tools estimate an approximate city or region from your IP address, which we use only for aggregate website traffic reporting.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message to opt out, as described in the text message section above. Transactional messages — order confirmations and appointment reminders — will still be sent.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act. Email info@dewskindenver.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Clients under 18 require a parent or guardian's consent for treatment.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
