Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?

Not always. Many of our treatments can be booked directly without a consultation.

A consultation is recommended if you're new to Dewskin, have multiple skin concerns, or aren't sure which treatment is the best fit for your skin and goals.

If you book a treatment without a consultation and your provider determines that the selected service is not appropriate for your skin, they will discuss alternative treatment options with you and help you choose the safest and most effective option.

Please note that treatment appointments are subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee. If a treatment change is recommended and you choose not to proceed with an alternative service, or if your provider determines that the requested treatment cannot be safely performed and must be rescheduled, a 50% service fee will apply.

Is the $50 virtual consult fee refundable?

Virtual consultations are perfect for anyone who can't make it into the clinic but would like a professional, medical-grade skincare reset from home.

The $50 consultation fee is fully credited toward skincare products purchased through Dewskin, and we will ship everything directly to you. Your $50 product credit must be used within 30 days of your appointment and will expire after that time.

What should I bring or have ready?

Your current skincare products (or photos of the labels), a clean face if possible, and a short list of what's been bothering you. That's it.
